Hello,

I'd like to setup a home game on pokerstars to play with friends from the US and other countries. As a real money player from Europe I'm on the pokerstars.EU client. Having downloaded the .NET client I found out, my regular account is not accepted there. Setting up a second account, is probably not a good idea.

PS support is either very slow, or they "lost" my request.

How does one setup playmoney "Home Room" games, so players from the US may join?

You can set up a home game on your regular client and then just add play money tables.

Thank you very much for you reply. So it's not an issue creating the room with the .eu client and having players join from the .net version? Sweet.

Yeah we're just not gonna be able to play in (or see if we're using the .net client -- I use the .eu client to rail people on Stars, it's allowed so long as you don't play real money) any real money tables you set up.

It's your pokerese that needs improving. :p

"railing" a game means watching it from the sidelines (the rail, traditionally, is the separator between the spectator area and poker tables in a live tournament -- in an online game you can "rail" by watching a table without participating.

...but those sneaky bastads have IP tracking...

Using a VPN, the obvious way to go, is not advisable as there are numerous reports of players having their account frozen or confiscated.

... but if you do set one up mssg me i'll play in them if it's on a weekend ...

Thank you for your interest, but this room is not open to the public. I apologize for any inconvenience.
