Anyway, I'm at the same table for a long time (meaning I was not sitting out after switching tables) in a Badugi freeroll this morning, and the hand is checked through the 3rd draw. I have a picture card suited but 3 good low cards (a 3-card 236 badugi). See screenshot below. This other guy has same hand with a K, the worst I could do was tie. But he won. So I'm thinking WTF, and go to look at the hand history, and mine was BLANK. And about 4 out of the 10 hands around that time were also blank. What if this was real money?!?! Should I send this to PS? Or is there a possible reason for this? I absolutely did not accidently hit 'fold', as it would have prompted me 'checking is free'. Understand, it's not simply the 'hand history' issue - I did not win a hand I should have, or at least split (couldn't recall my picture card).

For a minute I thought maybe it only shows hands I was in. But , I was sure 75% would be blank if that was the case. Sure enough, I clicked way back in the hand history, and it displayed EVERY hand I was dealt, whether or not I called.

Btw, Badugi and 7-2 single draw are now in the PS freeroll lineup, not just play money. Also attaching my finish. Can't resist a small brag. :p Could have done better, except for 2 tilted hands in a row at the end. Was mad enough at myself for wasting 6 hours in there, when I made the cut in 3 - 4 hours.

Yes, by all means contact PS support with all the info pertinent details. Sending an attachement with hand history and screenshots would be very helpful for them as well. Like any software on the market today, everything is bound to have a bug here or there that needs to be corrected. It's people like you reporting the bugs that help them continue to upgrade/improve their client software.

And congrats on the finish. :)

As JD said, plus, you show it is a Beta version. Those are test versions and ALL reports are welcomed and encouraged.

Unless you posted the wrong screen shot... post the hand history from that hand if you would.

I re-read your post and mistakenly thought you were the mooka player, sorry about that. I see from the chat box what you mean.

Oh and I have noticed that with the "visualize" part of badugi hand history in playing the cash games. Sometimes the hands aren't there and then you close it and re-open it and then it's there the 2nd time. They definitely have some bugs to work out in the beta.

Thanks for the congrats! Yes, I saved 2 of the blank histories to show them.

Well, not really sure they mean 'beta' in the way you & me know it. If you notice the forward & back arrows, this a screenshot of their hand history, not the 'new badugi' table. Sorry and nevermind if you already knew that. :p But all the histories have said 'beta' for some time. Maybe they are still trying to perfect, I dunno. But be that as it may, my main point is that I did not win the hand. And that is no beta version.

Divebich, almost like here. :D Glad you mentioned the chat box. As you can see, I was in the hand. PS give you 1 document for ALL the tables combined that you were at (I think FT gives a doc for EACH table), so it'll take a while to find it, but I'm gonna look right now. I'll post whatever I find. Thanks!

Actually the Beta is just for the hand replayer. The hand histories themself are not beta but the replayer is. The replayer is the red circular arrow next to the last hand id. If you were to click on just the id you would get the text hand history.

Okay, I found it!!!

I was mistaken. I was 732. The 6 and 2 were suited. So I would have lost the hand. Not as disturbing now. I think.

DB, wouldn't your hand be a 7,3,2......the 6d and 2d would result in the 6d being thrown out and the 7 put in its place for your 3 card badugi?......Been a while since I played but I think that is how it would work.
