Saved Hands at Doyle's Room

Anyone know what the deal is with that? When a hand is over & suddenly it says "The Hand is being saved. The next hand will start as soon as the save completes." I know that it's system-wide when it happens. Alls tourney's & SnG's pause simultaneously, but the timer for each game continues unabated.

Sometimes it's only 30 seconds other times 2-3 minutes. I had one tourney that was canceled because the save took 45 minutes & by that time the levels had increased to the point of blinding out half the field on the next hand.

Just curious to know if anyone has any insight into why this happen.

This sounds like an old problem that the whole network of sites suffer from.

Many sites on the microgaming network have often suffered from this and to be honest im surprised it is still continuing as i first came across it 2-3 years ago .

Frustrating and annoying i know but - the cause or cure seems unknown

I'm confused. (Again). I've been playing on line for quite a while and have never seen this. Why are they saving a hand?
