According to Hendon Mob - "Whenever a pot is raked, the amount raked is divided by the number of players dealt into the hand, and that amount is attributed to each player. For example, in a 6 handed game where the rake is $3, 50 cents is attributed to you, of that 27% or 13.5 cents goes back to you just for that single hand" - therefore it is worked out exactly the same as FTP points.
To earn $1 in rakeback you need to have $3.70 attributed to you in rake. At a 6 max table, that's $22.20, and at a Full Ring table that's $33.30.
Therefore, if you are playing 6max, you'll get $1 rakeback every 22 points, and for Full Ring it's every 33 points.
(Obviously sitting at a table with less people on it will mean you need fewer points, so I reckon you could probably round to 20/30 points and get a pretty decent approximation of how much rake to expect)
