Replenishment of the balance of chips on PokerStars

Hi guys!

Recently, my pokerstars client does not have a button for refilling chips every 4 hours. After contacting the support service, I was told that now you can refill the chips only if the chips are not enough to play in the cache or in tournaments.

Do you have a button to refill chips every 4 hours? What do you think about this?

This button works fine for me. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you? I can find my button under the Cashier menu.

I do not see the problem, it has always been this way, reloading chips every 4 hours

Everything works fine in my client. Nothing has changed.

I have this button available! I the first time hear about such problem! Can't even tell what a solution to your problem! You need to communicate more with the support of the site!

I've got a button to get game chips, maybe they've restricted you so that you can only take them when you run out of chips!

It's strange. This seems to work only for me :(

Also, I attach a screenshot of my new window "Cashier" (the balance of money, chips and StarCoin I deleted).

Just logged in on my phone and received my free chips. Nothing has changed on my end.

Thank you all for the discussion. At the moment, everything fell into place, the window "Cashier" returned to its original state. But I still do not understand why this happened.
