Refer a Friend Bonuses

Both Carbon and Bovada have refer a friend bonuses.

Bovada's is 100% of their first deposit up to $100

Carbon's is 25% of their first deposit up to $50

My friend is going to join one or both sites in the near future.

We are wondering if anyone has had any experience with these referral bonuses?

also, will this preclude her from receiving a "1st deposit" bonus or any other goodies? in other words, would I be "screwing" her over in any way by having her sign up through me? will she miss out on some better deal?

out of curiosity I tried to make a withdrawl just to see what they would say, and it's a no go. It must stay in there until I clear it. Kind of weird since I already had more than $250 in there, so you'd think I could withdraw everything except the $100 bonus...but no, my entire account balance is "locked" until I clear it...which is no biggy, I didn't really WANT to withdraw I was just testing it out.
