As far as I understand, in chests, prizes depend on your game activity and how much money you lose and how often you make a deposit. I have never received normal prizes. All prizes, if they are very small. So small that they are ashamed to describe. Prizes in the chests are absolutely not interested in me, the more they relate to PokerStars as a rebad, which in fact no longer corresponds to this. Pokerstars just cynically makes money on us and the owners do not care about us, no matter what wrapper it is served.

What seems to be happening now is pokerstars are allocating the vast majority of their promotional dollars to the big live tournaments--look at all the promo dollars that went to the Bahamas last January. The platinum pass winners would have been happy but this isnt very many people really. So most of us arent happy with pokerstars these days and as a result I believe their profits are down. They really should rethink their strategy?

I got a surprise chest and i try opening it but i couldn't open it so i contacted support and they said it had already been opened lol. I have since cleaned out my account and just play a few frerolls. I think if it wasn't for the poker school scratch cards and the chance to win the jackpot i wouldn't ever go the that site.
