I just wanted to check in with any other FTP/rakebackpros users here -- was your last rakeback payment the correct amount? Mine was about 60% what it should have been according to the rakeback they show me as having earned on my rakeback graph on their website.

I sent an email to support and am awaiting a response, but I have not yet received one and I was just curious if others experienced this as well (either this payment or in others before).

I never check mine tbh. Not sure if you've calculated any $'s you may have gotten deducted from playing in $'s added tournaments? (pretty sure you lose some if you play in these...... I could be wrong but I recall hearing something along those lines in the past).

Yeah mine was spot on, they might have taken money away because you cleared the "new bonus"?
Only once did the amount in my RBP account not match what they paid me and they didn't give me the extra, they just said it was wrong on their site, think it was like $50 instead of $40.

As above, check you haven't done one of the bazillion things that counts against your rakeback. Also I'm pretty sure they say the tracking on their site isn't 100% accurate anyway.

I sent an email off a few days ago about this very topic and here is the reply i got...
-------------------------------
Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rakebackpros.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion which this may have caused you.

While we can confirm that the rakeback payment you received on April 29th was the correct amount owed, the rakeback amount shown in your rakeback data is higher than what you have been paid.

Full Tilt provided us our player's report, however, take2 bonus the players released during April 19th to 25th, was not included and our website was therefore not able to pick up this information accordingly and is currently incorrectly displaying.

Please note that Full Tilt calculates and facilitates our players rakeback payments and that the payments are correct, but it is a data issue which we are working to resolve with them.

Should you have any further questions, please let us know.

Regards,

Brad

Ah ha, that must be it then. The amount missing was exactly 27% of the $25 Take2 bonus I received. I'll probably be getting a similar response in the near future this coming week.

I've noticed that the rbp site is usually accurate in terms of what it displays and what I get paid -- they usually calculate any MGR hits before it is shown on their stats page, and I've kept track of this with my poker software and with my own MGR calculations.

Thx for the replies guys! I just started clearing my added bonus today, and will be aiming to put in some pretty healthy volume this month as a result. I just wanted to make sure that I'll be getting full credit for the rakeback before I start the grind.
