Quick open skill league question.

I recently placed 4th in satellite to qualify for high school, is 4th place a qualify? and my second question is, with the new League starting APR 5th, does it even matter? Thanks in advance for any answers. And I have went to the pokerschool website, but im still confused, thanks.
