Can i make account on party poker or Serbia is restricted?

Players from Serbia aren't allowed to play on Party Poker.

I was just reading about that on some page, but maybe it's here some way to play on PP from this country. I don't know how, but if you are talking about that, it's true... If you will write here that way, you will help lot of people...

Party Poker

This poker site don't allow Serbian players to register.
Player who register in past can play,but no new players from Serbia.
Anyone know why they do this??
