Hey everyone, this is my first post
I live in Pennsylvania, and I am 20 years old.
I am honestly confused on the regulations for playing online poker for real money.
I was checking cardschat and saw BETONLINE is a recommended site to play on. Would i be able to play being 20 years old and living in PA?
I wouldnt have any trouble cashing out?

Thanks everyone

I believe that most poker sites are 18 and over. However, you should check with the site's terms and conditions, and if necessary, your state's laws regarding online gambling.

And yes, cashing out can be problematic at all sites currently serving US players.

Its always been 18 in Australia so we have no problems like that.
But I would say age restrictions pre country would also be included.

Contact support & see what they say.

Pennsylvania Gambling Facts
Current Regulated Gambling Options in Pennsylvania
Your regulated gambling options in Pennsylvania include commercial casinos, racetracks (including many that offer a variety of casino-style games), pari-mutuel wagering at off-track facilities and charitable gambling. Topping it all off is a state lottery that participates in several national jackpots.
Current Regulated Online Gambling in Pennsylvania
In a word: none. State-regulated online poker would certainly be attractive to a number of poker players in Pennsylvania, but to date the state has yet to become involved in the business of licensing online gambling sites of any type.

psychoiticmaniac - I've read something like that before, but am not sure whether that is saying like to start up or participate in an online gambling site in PA is not allowed
