I decided to ask this here since I've emailed UB twice and haven't heard a response back from them yet.

I joined UB in mid-November. They had and still do have the sign-up and first time deposit bonus of 100% up to $650. I deposited $200, and am fortunate enough to have my bankroll up around $520 at the moment. My pending dollar bonus started at $200 since that was the amount that I deposited, and that amount was below $100 last week, but noticed that over the weekend it went above $100 again.

To my knowledge, after clearing this amount (you clear it based on how many hands you play), I assumed that the deposit bonus (in my case, $200) would be deposited into my account.

Does anyone know that plays at UB, am I correct? If so, why did my pending bonus amount go up a bit over the weekend? As I mentioned above, I've emailed UB's support, but haven't heard anything from them.

UB's bonus is awarded as you earn it. You earn so many points or fraction per hand. When you leave a table, you are paid right then. It could be a few cents or a few dollars, depending on the points you earned. When you see it go down, it means you have been paid some from it. They don't make you wait.

I've never heard of it going up a bit. If so, it's just more for you to earn so don't worry about it.

Mr.Sticker tells it right I think.
As for e-mails, it took me 4 mails and 2 weeks just to get my e-mail address updated so you might have to be patient.

UB offers you Bonus Bucks for every hand that you in at a real money table (the site explains it in more detail) as well as bonus' for every hour you are at the tables.

For every hand you play to the river you get a small bonus. For every hour you play you also get another small bonus.

This could explain your slight increase in bonus dollars.

As far as recieving your bonus dollars they are deposited into your account everytime you leave a table.
