Question for the greek tax law

does this law applies only for pokerstars and full tilt or for other rooms aswell? what are the best and legal rooms out there who doesnt use this garbage law?

I assume that you are in Greece, and you will find that the poker sites DO NOT make those laws, but if they want to operate in certain countries, they, like anyone else have to abide by the laws of those countries.

I would be worried if a site was not following the laws of the countries that they operate in, if they won't follow the laws of the land, what's to say they will pay you when you apply for a cashout.
