I've been thinking about trying Tropical Poker ever since the site bans started increasing. I recall you said something about liking the site. How would you rate it from 1 to 10 (best).

I'd say a 7. The best thing about it is there are not many donks there, the gameplay is good-the players are good. Lots of freerolls too!

How do you win on a regular basis without donks??? I would be broke if I had to play quality players like the regular members here every session.

Obviously-there are some donks, as there are everywhere. But the amount of good players outweighs the number of donks. Yes-there are some bad things about that, the games aren't as easy to win for instance. But I enjoy playing with good players,it makes the gameplay more satisfying(for me at least)and when I win, I feel like I actually accomplished something. It also helps to improve your skills.

Plus, this is the stance that a lot of pros take when you listen to them talk. Most pros would rather play against players that are not total donks. Just like in the wsop ME, skill aspect is severely hurt when faced with a donk-itude of poor players. I would prefer to play at a full table of just below average/so so players up to semi-skilled / have half a clue players before I sit down with five super donks. The short handed donk game calls for significantly more luck and much less skill, thereby making it tougher to beat.
