I had 3 major issues with them.
1. I had to use client software since I'm on mac, and whenever I was moved to another table during a MTT, the table wouldn't open even if I tried to open the table from the tourney lobby. So, I had to restart the client every time I was moved to another table. That made it very difficult to multi-table like I normally do.
2. They charge for withdrawals and won't waive the fees. The better sites will waive a check fee once a month.
3. I e-mailed customer support and they were downright unprofessional and told me I didn't rake enough to be asking them about free checks. They are a new site that needs to earn my trust, and the tone of their response was pretty arrogant and not reassuring. It seemed that I had to earn the right to treated with consideration. Ha, sorry, I play with free money to test sites out. I'm not putting my own money on a site until they prove themselves to me. Therefore, I've only deposited on Carbon on Bovada since BF.
So, I just spewed away the $50 they had given away trying to poach Lock's clients and never looked back. It's really not worth my time.
