PStars' Play Money SCOOP Festival?

Just read on Twitter about this first play money series. Sounds fun, since we Yanks are limited in what we can do on pokerstars (anything's better than nothing, mostly). Is this Play Money SCOOP open to USA players? Or are we still stuck in just Home Games?

I love them, played like 5 events and had alot of fun. If you are lucky enough to bink a one, you can sell those chips for some $$$.

And yes USA players can play them.
