I woke up last Tuesday to see i couldn't log-in to PS, i checked my email and seen a msg saying my account had been flagged by security and it was suspended and being reviewed because some other account had played at the same location or same device as me.
I was absolutely furious and emailed them saying no1 but me has used that account and i have no idea why they have this other account anywhere near me as i play from my laptop and play most days, i said i only played from my Laptop and and that i played also from my new Apple desktop i bought from my Nephew. They said that could've explained why it flagged my account if i had played on a device that others had used. I told them how my Nephew had nothing to do with my account and was furious but after 2 days i received an email from Security@stars saying my account and all priviliges had been restored and that if they thought s1 else was playing on my account they would have no alternative but to suspend my account. I said they don't ever have to worry about that and was a bit mad at them but was just glad i got my account back, esp the $1125 i have grinded up for Months now, anyway all is good now and i understand why PS had to check this error but i just posted this for others to know this can happen to anyone and i'm just glad it was pokerstars and not some smaller skin who may have used this as a reason to try take funds, this is also the reason i have alyaws trusted PS most as they will investigate and get to bottom of it and resolve the issue.
