Send them an email at support@pokerstars.eu with you`re problem (error and username) and they will try to fix the problem and will tell you what to do .I never heard about this kind of error.

Had the same problem recently.
There was not much help from support so I just uninstalled the client then installed it again and it worked perfectly.

I had similar problem. I uninstalled PS, then reinstalled it. Problem solved.

Good Luck!

In my case pokerstars uninstall file didn't work so i had to use a third party program to uninstall which also allowed me to delete all the files including cookies, clean registry and so on.
So maybe it doesn't work with you 'cause there are still some files left.

I was forced today to version 7 and had a similiar error message.

I made some space on the hard disk and it worked at the second try.
