Promo bucks at BetOnLine

I played a freeroll at BetOnLine last night and won 12 promo bucks. Not a big feat since the top 100 out of ~600 ALL got 12 promo bucks. The only things I see that I can spend them on is MTTs with payouts in promo bucks. Is there any real value to these?

I see it all clearly now. BetOnLine responded to my query and Promo $ can be used for many tournaments. A Promo $ is worth about one cent. For example, for a $0.50 + $0.05 buy in MTT you can use 55 Promo $. Therefore, last night I won 12 cents. YAY! My first real money win in six years. You gotta play to win.
