Not only is this pretty much completely unworkable, as any one forum encompasses a tiny proportion of the global, multilingual player base on Stars, but Stars might even like it. They've made very clear for a considerable period of time that what they care about is the overall ecosystem, and that they will shed few tears over the departure of winning players, who are likely to be disproportionately represented in poker fora.
Personally, I have some time for some of Stars moves- obviously, rake hikes are bad, but the reduction in table cap has seriously improved the games, which no longer feature the same nit playing 10/8 to setmine at 24 tables. I might have gone a little higher than 4 (they reportedly trialled 6 in Italy), but there's no question it has changed the dynamics of play at microstakes. There is always a certain tragedy of the commons element to poker- everyone wants to be able to catch as many fish as they can, but if all the fish die out then everyone starves. In the same vein, giving a huge chunk of the promotional budget to SNE grinders was great if you were SNE, but not entirely healthy for the ecosystem, although I'm not a particular fan of the current loot box implementation of the reward scheme.
Aurora- meh, I haven't noticed the difference, but that's probably because I have decent GPUs in both the PCs I use to play. Might be different if I were trying to use the integrated graphics in a 5 year old laptop.
TLDR: Stars won't care, and I'm not sure some of their changes are bad for poker as a whole anyway.
