Problems logging on to Carbon

Having problems logging on to Carbon. Upon first attempt to log on last nite, I was instructed to call Carbon Support because my account was locked due to too many attempts to log on, even though this was my first attempt.

This problem has happened before. Or, since I had applied for a cash out.

go figure.

I have too much to do, other than spending time on phone calling Carbon. Think I will let the keep the few buck in my account and play on another site. Not worth the time and head aches. lol

What browser are you using? I had the same problem with Firefox-40 or maybe it was 41. Firefox-38.0.5 worked just fine, and, forch, I didn't blow it away when I installed a newer version. Firefox-42 runs OK, though. I guess they fixed whatever bug was bugging Carbon.
