Problems with Carbon

I went to log in and they said there was an update.. but it didn't update and it just crashes and says it's unable to connect to Carbon. So, I uninstall it and reinstall it, and I'm still getting the same message..... any suggestions?

I will contact Carbon support.. but I would like to play the CC buy-in game in about 2 hours.. would be nice to get it fixed before then.

Having no difficulties logging in to Carbon today:) ...weird that most are having problems!:(

I had the same problem. Exactly as you describe. Sounds like it was a problem at Catbon's end.

I would just wait for them to release there next update. It should be fixed then. BTW carbon is working fine for me.

Well.. here's the update... I was able to log on (about a half hour after the CC game started yesterday). And it didn't have my password stored on there anymore, since I uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried to sign in with, what I thought was my password, but it was giving me the wrong password message... and there wasn't a button on there for "forgot password?" at the time that I was trying to get in.

So, after multiple attempts, I get the message that my account has been suspended and to contact support. I did, and they unlocked my account and I got my password reset. Good. At least I can play in the next CC freeroll and buy-in.......... Well.........

When I logged back in.. all my money is gone. It was only about $20-$25 (I took 2nd in a CC Carbon freeroll and won $25.. only played two other games, a $5 game, which I accidentally registered in and didn't cash.. and a 60 cent game which I took 2nd in).. so I should have about $20 in there still. Give or take a couple of bucks.

I sent another message to Carbon asking where my money went. I'm really not happy with this. If this doesn't get resolved.. then I'm just going to stick with Full Tilt and pokerstars.
