I have a problem of bodog not running/launching on my comp. I removed and reinstalled twice, and have received no help from their cust support. Anyone else have this problem and/or any suggestions.

Maybe something to do with security settings? Just a thought. I have bodog but was unable to download the beta version, maybe try the bodog beta.

I have problems once I'm playing in the games and get disconnected. It says internal service error must shut down or something like that. Another problem is bodog allows only 3 games at a time. Sometimes when you have 3 going and get out of one and try to do a 3rd one it still thinks you're already involved in 3 games and won't let you open a 3rd table.

You just need to remember to close the lobby from the game you just left. Then you can open another lobby to play. It only allows 3 lobbys to be open at any time.

Maybe it's a sign from the poker gods that bodog is not a good site for you. Just kidding. Sometime when I have problems like that I go thru my pc files and programs and make sure i delete everything from a site on my computer and re-download it again. I was surprised how many things are still left in your pc even after you think you have deleted everything. It might be worth a try Good Luck

I finally got in touch with their their support. After going thru over an hour of checking settings on explorer, firefox, fire wall ... still didn't work. They did say that this happened right after the release of their new version, and that this was an issue many others were having. Then thay were going to send me an email with instructions of other things to do the get their software to work on my comp. Meanwhile all the other poker Apps I run as welll as other applications work just fine... Not sure if I want to invest more time in this process. I did install their software on an older machine I have and it worked for a short time then crashed and now is all messed up. Not sure if this is from their software instalation ?? But mabey I should just use the apps that are working fine and causing no problems.

Best advice, switch to full tilt. There software is first rate, never had a single issue with disconnect or anything.
