Problems with BCP today

so sunday was pretty eventful for me i entered only 3 freeroll tourneys and out of 500+ players i won the whole shebang, only 2 paid spots and i got 1 plus was chip leader at the end. i did not realize thatsunday free roll on bcp was mainly about the 500k guarantee and winning seats. im also wondering if you can win more than one seat to re-buy or use as a add-on? if anyone reads this and has that info i would like to know. monday morning i have already looked over the tourney menu and not much going on hopefully in a few hours that will change. see you at the bcp tables, tip your hat to a upcoming champion donkkiller420. p.s. i have not been able to access the my account or the cashier on bcp, i updated java, cleared cookies, allowed through firewall, and even un and re-installed the software any tips?

If you win more than 1 seat to the same event the system will credit the second entry as cash on your poker account, that way you can use it to rebuy or add on.

Please note that if you are having problems accesing the cashier is because the last internet explorer version is not up to date. Please contact our CS department at 1-877-314-4195 or our chat support if you happen to have more problems with the cashier in order to troubleshot on it.

hi rep, i have chatted with the help at bcp just about every day trying to fix the problem, yesterday i double checked my ie and it has been up to date from the start. i have done everything that the people on the chat help have told me to do nothing worked will try calling support later today.

Have you tried to open the cashier, copy the link and paste it on a Internet explorer browser?
