Problem with pokerstars?

Hello mates, I was playing a tournament, suddenly it stopped and I could not keep playing, now I can not even play cash, the fictional money tables do work.

Is someone else having problems with pokerstars at this moment?

I too was playing a tournament after qualifying for more than 4 hours and suddenly nothing, and in addition i was well ranked pfffffff

uff how sorry I am, I imagine that pokerstars should indeminize the players.
I was in final table bubble of the master league.
For a moment I was scared, and I thought that pokerstars had banned me, it seems that lately they have done it with several players, apparently without any reason.

I think it was a technical problem, but it is sad because even if they were reimbursed, they could not send us in the rankings, I was sheapleader, and I could have won 600$, it's really annoying, I sent them an email,

If I imagine, it must be very annoying to be close to good prizes, and that this happens, especially because it is the best poker room in the world.

Me too , and its not the first time this week, happened a couple of days ago too... thissucks, also support is not answering emails...

There has been a number of incidences with server freezes at Stars due to hackers or whatever. In the most problematic one players from certain countries were still able to play and thereby blind away their opponents in tournaments.

In other incidences tournaments just stop and then resume, when the server is back up and running. Or if they have to cancel the event, they will distribute the price pool to remaining players after certain rules. Its in their TOS.

You can check the tournament lobby now they are back up. If you were in first they will compensate you according to the rules in the link here www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/rules/cancellations/

You should have gotten 2 emails from them just now. One with the tournament results with calculations and one apologising and stating their policy on cancellations.

Chip leaders normally come out very good when there is a chop like this as they use chip chop method.

I have no such problems today. I advise you to contact their support team

I actually received a refund compared to my position in the tournament, and also the support sent me two emails, one to apologize and the other to detail my gain, ultimately this has no major incident, pokerStars is a very serious and fair site, and I'm satisfied.

I find customer support at most poker sites even when they have live chat to be mostly useless,they usually say is I will open a ticket and if your lucky they will get back to you in a couple of days.Its the main reason I refuse to deposit any money.They want your money but they don't want deal with their lack of service

They had script errors in the casino earlier as well they weren't working when i tried a slot to get my spins.

Anyone who plays at PokerStars has had the screen freeze at one time or the other. While the screen almost always returns, this can make some players leave the site, and their table, altogether, which was a mistake that I made once.

I had problem with PokerStars that i couldnt register in one tournament but now all works fine.

And I have problems with 888. I can register for our freeroll but the site doesn’t set me at the table to play. When I enter the freeroll lobby, I find myself on the list of players and I can’t sit at the table. A window pops up (do you want to leave the table?). I click (no) and nothing happens. Reinstalled the site program but the problem did not disappear. For the second time I missed the game. Worth Windows 10.

I would be typing more than playing if I asked for every refund as problems occured...1 of many many many examples..spin n god,I watch the table open,all is fine...9 times out of ten they start me on big blind and fold me...straight up 9 out of ten times,sorry but I really really really hate poker stars these days,every single little thing about them seems to be sheer blatant robbery these days and I can't force myself to play seriously there at all...that really sux bigtime and is their main intention...upset players games and mindsets as much as is possible and they don't give two freakin hoots how blatant and obvious it is,absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
