Normally I would post this problem on the Full Tilt forums but since my account to play is blocked I cannot post on the forums.

On 12/11 I noticed a charge on my bank account that didn't seem right. It was from Ultra Safe Pay. After talking with my bank, they told me to call the bank that Ultra Safe Pay uses to try to confirm what the transaction was for. They then told me to call another number to talk to someone else. That person then told me to call yet another number which ended up being Ultra Safe Pay. While on the phone with them, I asked them what this charge was for. They told me it was for a transaction that took place on 11/21. I then asked them who was the person who charged me through them and what it was for. They told me there was absolutely no information about the company nor what it was for. They then told me they would send this query to another department to find out who did it and they would either call or e-mail me back. The e-mail address they had on file was an old e-mail address that all the mail is forwarded to another account (old college e-mail forwarded to my AOL one). I then told them to e-mail me at my AOL account and to call my cell phone to follow up. To this day they have still not bothered to answer me back. Since Ultra Safe Pay couldn't give me any answers I went to my bank and filed a dispute against the charge.

A couple days later while going through my records I notice I bought into Full Tilt on 11/25 and that there was no charge for it. Once noticing this, I called my bank to stop the dispute and they told me they would. Ultra Safe Pay screwed the pooch by telling me a wrong date.

Now yesterday I got an e-mail from Full Tilt telling me they are freezing my account because the $150 was returned to my bank account and for some reason it was. So in the morning I tried e-mailing them to try to straighten this problem out but they refuse to answer me on my AOL account. Mind you, my AOL account is the same name as my account on Full Tilt. They tell me I must e-mail them from my old college e-mail address. I have pleaded with them this is impossible but they just ignore it. I even told them they should call AOL, call my college, call my bank, and anyone else they wanted to verify that I am who I say I am.

I also got a letter in the mail from my bank yesterday that states they stopped the dispute and gave the money to Ultra Safe Pay. So that leaves me thinking Ultra Safe Pay gave me the money bank not on my banks request.

Since that dispute started, I put more money into my Full Tilt account and they are refusing to give me access even though I told them I would redeposit the money if they unlocked my account. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I really don't care that much about the money, it is more about the principal of this whole thing. I am trying to make things right but they just pretty much tell me to go **** off. What makes it even worse is that I have been on Full Tilt for over 5 years and this is the first problem I have had with them and they are being twats.

I've already thought about calling my bank and getting the deposit in my account reversed if they are going to just pretty much tell me to screw off. What I'm more pissed about was I already qualified for the Silver status for the points tournament and was going to get gold. I was also going to qualify for playing everyday.

Thanks in advance

Mmmmmmm....

Ultra Safe Pay is a company for transfer funds from one account to another... Just google the company... At the end of day ... If there have removed Funds from your account. You have every right to know why... I'm confused why FT have closed down your account... My guess is there has not been enough funds in the account or something around that grounds...

But would speak to FT in depth about what happened ...

You need to get access to both AOL email accounts and stop the forwarding... Because it can cause a lot of problems specially if your transferring cash etc

I have way more $150 in my account, way more. Ultra Safe Pay charged me 3 weeks later than they should have then told me the wrong date on top of that. I've checked through all my transactions over the past year, that was the first time I was ever charged by Ultra Safe pay.

Full Tilt refuses to answer me now. My other e-mail address, the one attached to my account, is my old West Virignia University e-mail. I graduated from there 2 years ago. Instead of completely shutting down the e-mail account, they only granted me to get e-mails forwarded to my AOL account. I can't even log into their e-mail service anymore.

I am 100% blaming Ultra Safe Pay for so many errors on this. They charge me 3 weeks after the fact at 5 AM. My bank even thought that was suspicious. Then they can't give me any information on the transaction.

Well I would demand for more information and if there say no... Threaten them with a Fraud investigation. Just seems a little weird... Hows your bank been able to give you any more info?

Where Ultra Safe Pay taking a lot of funds out?

No, Ultra Safe Pay took the $150 I deposited initially and then they refunded me that amount and pretty much told Full Tilt my bank took it from them. It was the only time I've deposited money that they were used as the company for the e-check.

It pisses me off more that I said they could either take the $150 from the balance in my account or unfreeze my account and I'll redeposit the $150 but they choose to tell me to e-mail them from my West Virignia University address I don't have access to. If I dont hear from them by say 5 PM Eastern tonight, I'm calling Ultra Safe Pay to curse them out for screwing me over.

So you used Ultra Safe Pay to transfer funds to FT...

Right number 1. I do not like the words
and pretty much

There must of been a good reason for them to turn around and tell Fulltilt whatever there said to them to freeze the account ... I do not Fulltilt will just freeze an account with out good reason...

What method did you use to deposit ?
What was the date of the transaction on your bank statement.
Why are you using a 2 year old non-existent email address when dealing with a poker site.
And one more question with all due respect ..... Are you using your mom's bank account ?

1) I used the instant e-check
2) The date of the transaction on my statement was 12/11 when I bought in 11/25.
3) I tried twice in the past to change the e-mail address but I got an error message saying it wasnt able to process it at that time.. Plus I do get all their e-mails from the address since they are forwarded to me
4) No, I work for a living and have my own bank account.

Normally my statement has these two as the e-check:
www.echeck365.co DIRECT PAY
HDS866-945-0573 WEBPAYMENT

It would be nice if Ultra Safe Pay actually called me back... I mean come on, I asked for info 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard from them, thats great customer service.

It's not entirely USP's fault. Full Tilt gets stolen credit card info everyday I'm sure. Their customer service is horrendous at times. Mix both those factors together and you end up with frozen accounts if you sneeze wrong. I read a post the other week where someone supposedly played against someone using a stolen credit card, won a big hand off of him, then got the priviledge of having his account froze and his whole bankroll seized.

It's the small things like this that make me scared of depositing much. They simply do not have to give any reason whatsoever to close your account and keep the money. Every site has bad stories but search for forum posts of Full Tilt's and you'll see you're not alone I'm sad to say.

if you used an instant e-check, how did ultra safe pay get involved ??
You have to open an account with them in order for them to touch your funds.
Also on their TOS they say all transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
I suggest writing FTP a long letter explaining everything to the best of your knowledge, and update all your account information, and hope for the best.
Good luck.
