problem dloading bovada hh

Hey all. I started at bovada about 4 days ago. I went to the hand histories section and went to download all. It still says download request pending. Is it normal for it to take so long? Is it just me? Am i doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.i wanna buy that bovada hand converter and use it with pokertracker to help my play.

P.s. Ive been downloading for 3 days

I've never had it download for three days. It has been pending a couple hours before.
