The site saw collusion in your game with another player. Now you have to explain about the game.

If you dumped chips to the other player, you better have a good explanation.

Probably have to tell them the whole story why you played with him etc
cause they think you teamed up or something (maybe were at the same table before)

and they now think yeah they are cheating....

Think if you send them a good email with details of everything and why you were playing with him etc

they will unlock your account..

But its weird cause they are basically saying you cant play againts people you know? (even tho you're probably playing a fair game)

Maybe use a pokerclub next time to play hu games?

If you are dumping chips read money, you know the deal life ban. If you know that person and you want to play with him, then better have a really good explanation that wasn't the case.
If you have chat and deal to play both better show them in some SS, but even that is suspicious, why you want to play with the same opponent?
Maybe you are better player and you have advantage on him, if that's the reason then you should get banned.
Honestly you know what have you done and the discussion ends here.

Fortunately, the investigation was completed on the next day and the accounts were unblocked!
They told me that if I want to transfer money, because I won most of the HU games, there is PS transfer money to players! But we didn't have any deal!
But it's weird that HU to be suspicious because it doesn't affect to other players, the other thing is that I played with that player at same table with other players(6/9 SnG)!

the problem is when for instance bonus money is lost on purpose to another player and then he cashes out or something like this
I would avoid playing against the same player often, looks suspicious..
even when youre playing real fights
congrats on your exoneration!

Really, PokerStars seems to me to be the safest room because they react very quickly when they see any suspicion! And at the same time they are very reasonable and correct to players when they are given an explanation!!!

It's good to see that pokerstars reacted literally on time and during your play if they thought something was suspicious and it's also good that actually nothing was wrong and you and the other player got unblocked the next day.

Collusion in a heads-up game?

Does seem odd, even from a money laundering perspective.
