My brother created an account in pokerstars, but he does not have a computer so he plays from mine, I've let him play in intellipokers where last month he took a place in the prize table and won 3 dollars, with those 3 dollars the juice and I win 11 dollars, I try to transfer 5 dollars to my pokerstars account and for not having their account verified pokerstars has frozen the account, we have written for all the mails of pokerstars and they have not given us information. What should we do? My brother lost his account with 11 dollars that!

Playing from the same computer will cause them to believe it is same person with two accounts.

You both will need to verify your accounts to prove you are two separate persons. They will unfreeze the accounts once completes.

Verification will come in the form of sending them a copy of a government issued identity (like an id card, Driver's Permit or Passport) and a copy of an address verification document (like a utility bill or whatever document you can open a bank account with in your country).

Right hand side of page linked below there is "Contact US". Fill out the details and someone from pokerstars support will get back to you.

It is really best to only have one user per computer / IP-adress. If you want to let someone else borrow your computer and internet connection, let him play at a different side.

PokerStars allows you to have only one account for one person. If you can not verify your identity or your brother's identity, then your account and your brother's account will be blocked. The rules are in order not to violate them.

I don't fully understand why the PS had frozen the bills. But do PS en have two registrations on your machine? Because then you are multi accuous, so your bills are closed. Good luck!
