Pokertracker not working on pokerstars

Can anyone use poker tracker 3 on pokerstars? I am unable at the moment. I have asked poker tracker forums why it is not working. It is something to do with the current license. it was working fine yesterday and after the new update it has stopped working. I've decided that poker tracker is a big pile of ****.

If it makes any difference i have poker tracker 3

I know that I loaded an update today from PS but I haven't played any games yet to notice any issues. If it is an update at PS that caused PT3 to stop working then the PT3 folks will get it corrected ASAP. This type of stuff has/will happen with any add on software from PT3 to HEM to TableNinja to etc.

When your playing about 8 tables and find that poker tracker is not working. Then trying to watch 8 tables to see whose playing like what is not very easy. only cashed 3rd in 3 of them. lets hope its fixed asap

yes i got that and it still doesn't work. Thats why i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

Dont worry pokerstars are working on it now and are fully aware of the issue.Clearly the update has screwed up with pokertracker.Basically the hand history rawtext is wrong and is coming up with errors like "PokerStPokerStars Game #42612206227: Tournament #306010482, $42107524.51+$842150.45+$0.20 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level I (.

Obviously pokertracker cant read this error and doesnt recognise the buyin etc.Hopefully it will be fixed soon.:)

Was that you who replyed to my post on the pokertracker forum? My name on pt forum is cmon fisheeeeee. If not then my bad. But there was someone there called western mail.

Im not holding out much hope for it to be sorted this evening.Hopefully by tomorrow.

I don't think it will be done tonight. Hopefully it will be done by tomorrow. I sent an email to ps and they replyed saying they sent it to their techincal team.

There is a way round this now mate for the time being until stars fix the problem.Check out the thread last night on the PT3 forum,theres quite a simple way to get by for now.:listen:
