I just want to download my frustration here as the support was not able to help me. Yesterday I played a sub-satellite of the Sunday Million, one of those $ 2 in which you win a $ 11 ticket. The target tournament started the next day and had 250 guaranteed seats. But there was one later with 500 seats. So when I won the $11 seat, I unregistered to use my ticket on that of 500 seats. But to my surprise, at the time I unregistered, I automatically appeared registered in another tournament, with Hyper Turno structure, which had already been running for 35 minutes, that is, 11 levels. A tournament with this structure, with 100 participants and 5 guaranteed seats is almost unplayable if you register late.
I would never have used my ticket in that tournament, and no poster appeared asking me for confirmation.
The worst thing is that when I contacted support, they didn't even know how the matter worked. First they told me that that hyperturb tournament was the target for which I had won the seat. After sending them the screenshot from my email where it said "you have qualified for tournament XXXX (the one with 250 seats)", they replied that I had unregistered (which is true) and voluntarily used my ticket in the hyperturbo tournament I mentioned earlier (which would be stupid of me).
So in the end I lost my ticket. The support did not "believe me". I told them to test to see that I was not lying, but they ignored me. That is the story and it seems tremendously unfair
