When you make a bet it takes time to process it, and when you process it it is with a change or line changed to what you want to bet. slots are closed all the time due to system problems or errors are detected ... if they know there are errors in the game or system they should compensate the players ... a few days ago they awarded a chest with 1 dollar compensation for the malfunction of the software. In april there were situations with serious lag when more than 200 000 players are active. Frankly in the last 2 weeks i have not seen this and my friends also see significant improvement so it looks like they finally took measures.

probably their support team cannot handle a lot of complaints and questions
especially during a pandemic and remote communication
in general, updating the room itself is not to many's liking

I remember over a decade ago they used to have well over 500k players on with out issues. I guess they have cut back on server investment since it is not necessary anymore

This was the Scheinberg era of PokerStars, where things were handled a little bit better.
Not it is the Amaya / StarsGroup era, and maybe they have fewer people working for support, and there is also this crisis.
