Yup. Stars has busted tons of people trying this. You can likely retrieve your money even though it's a blatant TOS violation. It will simply require you moving to another country for 1-2 months while Stars requests every form of documentation under the sun as well as makes you take physical pictures holding your ID at a recognizeable landmark
