Before we go ahead and create one let's see how much interest we would get out of this. Who would be interested in playing in a tournament on PokerStars.com (Poker Stars.de).

A bit more information...

Why PokerStars?
Well, what I will do is accept payments via 2checkout (a credit card processor) and paypal. This will allow people who don't want to deposit the full $50 onto pokerstars to still play. I can then send you the money through PokerStars once I recieve payment.

When?
Well we're not sure. We would need you guys to tell us the best day and time for you.

How Much?
The cheapest private table I can create is $10+$1. So because of this reason we'll most likely play $10+$1.

Limited Registration...
I would limit the registration for a few reasons. One, because if people want me to send them money then they need to send me the money in advance. I will then need to use my credit card with out much I want to deposit. So in turn this is just for people who are interested in buying the chips from me.

If you're interested let us know and any questions post in this thread!:icon_thum

It's not a bad idea but with so many other tournaments happening all the time, I can't see the need. On another note, I'm not too sure about money changing hands over this board unless the event was run by us.

Alright well then thread and poll can be closed since you do not wish to hold the tournament.

By all means we'd like to hold a tournament, but we're just about to release the information regarding our weekly freerolls, so tournaments are the next step after that, if they prove to be successful. So we'll wait and see by no means is this a bad idea, it's just at the moment we're focusing on other things.

PokerStars is ok, but it's known as the toughest site on the net. I'd prefer to play somewhere where we can learn without being killed.
