What is your experience with PokerStars support? I think this biggest poker room has the slowest support of all Or they just don't respect their players. I wrote them 5 days ago mail no answer yet. They don't say anything concret in a live chat. They promise to that support contact me very soon at the mail address but this has not happened yet. What to tell very frivolous and not professional. I think that is reason why they don't even have a Official Support Thread here because they know that they should answer all the questions here.

In my experience, the times I contacted PokerStars support did not respond immediately, i think it is a very common problem with the support of Pokerstars and it is a nuisance for the players to have long waiting times so that they can assist us.
I can also add that the times I asked for help in support, although they took a long time to answer me, they solved my problem, so sometimes it's a matter of having a little more patience.
It's funny that for example PartyPoker support is much more efficient and they help you quickly, something in which PokerStars support should improve.

888 is the worst from my personal experience , most of the times I must wait more than 5 days for a single respond/withdraw and I am not sure if they try to solve my problem.English is not my native language but most of the times people understand which is my problem.
I have an unanswered email since 11th of February 2020 and still waiting , and it is a ''serious'' issue , I want them to send me the receipt of a wire transfer.
Never had the same problem with PS , they are not the fastest out there but I always have my problems solved.
