Hello ladies and gentlemen, I had a progress bar on Sunday at pokerstars, but I couldn’t open the gift, either I had problems, or they wrote to the support service with a request to open the gift, surprisingly they answered quickly (the next day) , usually the answer is waiting for 2-3 weeks, they write so that I send them a file of my problem, honestly I did not understand what they needed, once I could not go to the StarsRewards store to buy tournament tickets, I wrote to the support team, they sent a catalog of tournaments with codes, I sent codes, bought tickets ... That's it. And here are some files, I write in large letters: “OPEN MY GIFT !!!” I didn’t manage to log into my PokerStars account and received an email: “We opened a gift for you manually. “Hence the question:“ Why do they need files, write meaningless letters, just do what they ask for? ”Gogo had something similar? Respectfully Sergey.

Pokerstars Support never answers to me..

Or they send me messages 2 days later, i have to deposit

After an application on a PC, you can contact them through an online chat, this will greatly speed up the resolution of any issues.

You have to change the language to English, and automatically in the help options live chat is available, they will solve your problem faster

You can also try on Facebook, they solved my case after 2 days.

I recommend that you try to contact them through other means such as social networks (tw, fb, etc.). It seems to me that in these social networks they responded more quickly.

This is the order of their actions, which they must perform when talking to you, that's all.
