Hello ladies and gentlemen, I had a progress bar on Sunday at pokerstars, but I couldnât open the gift, either I had problems, or they wrote to the support service with a request to open the gift, surprisingly they answered quickly (the next day) , usually the answer is waiting for 2-3 weeks, they write so that I send them a file of my problem, honestly I did not understand what they needed, once I could not go to the StarsRewards store to buy tournament tickets, I wrote to the support team, they sent a catalog of tournaments with codes, I sent codes, bought tickets ... That's it. And here are some files, I write in large letters: âOPEN MY GIFT !!!â I didnât manage to log into my PokerStars account and received an email: âWe opened a gift for you manually. âHence the question:â Why do they need files, write meaningless letters, just do what they ask for? âGogo had something similar?
