You have to wait, bro. The quality of PS's support has deteriorated since last year. Many players have to wait for several weeks to get a response. Also, a good idea, send them another email.

Well, about a year ago I contacted them regarding some issues with my account. After having waited for about a month without any response, I sent them another email and got a response within 3 hours.

in poker client under "Tools">help>contact us>choose a category + sub-category.After that, you'll be able to chat. The problem is, that after reviewing your issue, the operator tells you something like "I'll forward your question to relevant department and we'll contact you later by email". :D

now due to the pandemic it takes more than a week to answer complaints or queries now you can use the online chat that opens when you report a deposit problem, that chat opens and responds in minutes

Due to virus related lockdowns all over the world there was a surge in the number of people playing online and therefore also a surge in the number of emails to support services. On pokerstars I just received a reply on an email, which was sent 45 days ago, so this is presumably more or less their current response time. I would expect it to be declining again though in line with the deflating player boom. So you just need to be a bit more patient or alternative find the answer on their web page.

You must enter the page, log in, log into accounts and then go to the help section. There they will ask you what kind of help do you need

Sadly it can take way more than 3 days to see a reply from them. I contacted them on live chat, on email and on twitter and still no help :(

Re-sending a letter is a bad idea. This will only lengthen the response time. After all, the explanation clearly states that sending a secondary letter will put you in line for an answer in a new way.

In the settings or the service of the poker room there is a help tab and in it you can find online chat in English or Russian with a living person.

They usually respond within 2-3 weeks. Be patient.

I didn’t know that pokerstars is taking that much time to answer an email, usually when I needed the support they answered me the next day at most, but it was before the quarentine
