back in now + already pre-refunded for all the games i was in during the time of issues which is nice since i dont have to fire emails back and forth between support trying to get refunds
well it seems like the refund has been short lived as i just look into the cashier and notice that the money which had been refunded had been taken back....... shocking....
so has anyone else had any similar stories relating to this as it seems like it's a bit of a low thing to do..........
in an email i received they state
"In some instances, players received a buy-in refund to which they were not entitled.
Your account was one of those affected and as such, has now been debited for the overpayment. All accounting has now been completed and we do not envisage any further issues of this kind."
so i had to fire an email back to them asking them what happened to the prizepool of the games affected? did those who were able to steal blinds and get to the cashing spots receive the prizes? did those who you felt were "entitled" to a refund get a refund? awaiting a response which no doubt will be a "shrug their shoulders" standard response
