PokerStars question

I'm a USA player so I can only play with fake money on pokerstars. At least that's how it's been so far.
Can I therefore NOT register for the CC freerolls? Or can I and then build a bankroll if I win?

I'm just wondering, though I fear I'd be barred from even playing the freeroll.

The freerolls have real money payments so unfortunately you can't play them, you can take part in our monthly events though which are played in Pokerstars home games using play money.

You will be able to pay with fake money in home games and prizes for winning tournaments in US $dollars.

Thank you! I'll go look into these monthly events. Too bad Hope that US players will be on PS sometime soon. Won't hold my breath though lol
