Pokerstars and pokerstove

Just been playing pokerstars and got a message saying it has detected pokerstove c0ntinued use of this software will result in loss of playing privilages. I didnt know that one. So bye bye pokerstove.

It's nice that you got a warning like that.

Why have they banned Pokerstove? Have they banned any other similar programmes?

according to this page pokerstove is not allowed during the live play,
but one could use it later for the analysis.
However the page is few months old and they may change the rules so it is permamently banned.
