Qualify for the PCA for Free!
Get ready for sun, sea, sand and poker, because we are giving you the chance to qualify for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) for free! It takes place in The Bahamas from January 7-16, 2011, and looks set to be the biggest 10-day live poker festival ever staged, with more than 45 events and millions of dollars to play for.

There are 540-player Sit & Go qualifiers running now, available non-stop, and starting when all seats have been filled. Finish in the top two and you’ll advance through to one of the weekly PCA Fantasy Final freerolls, where you’ll get to play for one of 12 PCA Main Event prize packages worth over $15,000 each. The top finishing players in each freeroll Final will also win a share of more than $14,000 in added cash prizes!

In addition to your Main Event buy-in, the prize package also includes flights, plus accommodation at the ultra-exclusive Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island. It’s the trip of a lifetime, and you can qualify for free now. If you haven’t already done so, download the free PokerStars.net software to get started. Follow the simple instructions onscreen to set up your account, and you’ll be ready to play for your trip to The Bahamas in minutes.

How to Enter the PCA Fantasy Freerolls
There are 540-player, free-to-enter Sit & Go qualifiers running non-stop, with PCA Fantasy Final seats up for grabs for players who finish in places 1-2. To register, open the PokerStars.net lobby, click ‘Events’ & ‘PCA’.

The PCA Fantasy Finals run at 10:00 ET & 20:00 ET, every Sunday from November 7-December 12. The winner of each will be awarded a 2011 PCA prize package worth over $15,000. All other players finishing in the top 2,000 will win a share of the added cash prize pool.

Please Note: You can win entry to more than one final and stockpile them, giving you the chance to play all 12 if you wish. Each Final freeroll will be capped at 20,000 players.

If you have any questions about PCA Fantasy, contact support@pokerstars.net.

Pokerstars PCA Fantasy Final Freerolls

So I've been playing these for a few days and managed to win one today, but I honestly don't know what I get from winning. Can someone help me out here, did I get a "ticket" or something to another tournament?

There are two freerolls each Sunday that you can register for. Can't remember if it starts next week or the week after.
I think if you look under "Events" and "PCA" in the main menu you can see the list of options.

Thanks for the quick response, so I assume I can choose which one I want to play in if I can't play in the one tonight?

All I can find are the 90 person games for 50c where top 9 move to the next stage. These seem like a good deal too though

I can't find the SnGs where top two place.

Ok I found them. Wow those fill up fast. Took me quite a few tries before I was in one.

If you find one this is "running" click on it and just keep clicking register to any. They also seem to open in clusters so if you get in one dont stop trying you can get in at least 1 or 2 more if you just keep trying.

I worked out a secret to these -

- Open the running tourney and click "register to any"
- Click OK on the first dialog box (blah blah you have to play blah blah)

Wait at the "OK to register" button.

Watch the main lobby for the freeroll to pop up.
Click the OK button in the "OK to register" dialog box.

Your registration is not submitted unit your mouse-up on that dialog box. If you try to do it by getting through all the other dialog boxes - you will never make it.

I get 5% of all winnings if anyone reads this and gets in to the PCA final...

Thanks for the tips. I played in a few of these last night. Not sure what that was but it certainly wasn't poker.

LOL

They are the worst kind of crap shoot I've ever seen for the first 10 minutes. Its basically get it all in v 8 people first hand and hope to luck out with ATC and then try and crack on from
There.

No doubt about it. Since they are free the only thing i can see working is this. Get it all in first hand luck out and then play right till the end. If you lose another is waiting. Huge waste of time though.

Not the actual freerolls, I play the $0.50 and won a few tickets so probably can play in all of them. First 2 I played a couple of days ago, didn't do very well though lol.

These freerolls fill up in less than one second its actually ridiculous, i had my mouse waiting over the register button all excited, gone full.. ok ill wait for the next one (it seems to me there is one every minute) same thing again hover over register, boom! tourney full - six tries later i give up.... moral of the story, i wish to play in one of these but if im not fast enough to register, its a sign stay away:(

I have found the best way to get in one is to open the tourney lobby and click "Register to Any". Then, when the window pops up, don't click "OK" to register until you see one open up in the main lobby. This should register you early because you don't have to click 2-3 different buttons, only one!

I'm in the Fantasy Final tonight. If anyone else is, let me know and we can observe each other's tables!
