Anyone else having this issue after the recent update? It's been days and I've been in contact with them via email but it still hasn't been resolved.
I tried playing on mobile as well trying WIFI and LTE but the same message that 'You must have WIFI and Location Based Services enabled to ensure that you can be located' continues to pop up.

xy23, do you still get that error message?

I just signed up yesterday and I keep getting that message. I tried on my phone (iOS), Mac, and Windows Desktop and get the same popup message and won't let me play. I tried everything, going on cellular data, enabled location services, reinstalling software, etc... They're aware of the issue but they don't have a solution or a time-frame as to when it'll be resolved.

Interestingly, while I was out of state, it knew I was out of state and wouldn't let me play. It just won't let me play when I'm in state as well, and I'm in Philadelphia, no where near state border. There were ~1500 users online last night though, so I'm not sure how they're able to validate their location.

Yeah I've been in contact with them and they said it's an issue with their Geolocation. A lot of players were affected by it and they still haven't come up with a solution. It's been over 3 weeks I believe since I haven't been able to play and still nada.

I'm in Philadelphia as well and everything was great for the first month and out of nowhere, the software crashed and I just withdrew my bankroll and started playing on shitty GlobalPoker.

I just joined the site last month after it became legal and if you want some good advice I would run away. They have bots who play 6-7 games at a time and they always end up in the final 3 players. One players name is "Rude Robot" he waits till he is within the final 3 and then will go all in almost every other hand. The only issue is he would only shove when I didn't have a pocket pair or a face card. Anytime I had a face or pair he magically would fold. Funny other thing, the one time he was called he had J10 and went against AK, he rivered a straight to split the pot. It's extremely fishy and like I said this guy plays 24/7 and even when I try avoiding his tables he magically comes to mine as the 6th player. I'm done with pokerstars until they fix their garbage.

Nothing like that came up. But I received a message about changing the user agreement.

I get up to work at 6, he's on playing, I go to lunch and check, he's playing, I play at night and he's always on. Weird coincidence.

It could be someone who is out of work and is trying to make money playing poker.
PS is good at taking out bots.. I loaded a pot odds program up with PS running and the same day i got an email about not using it again..

they had me send everything about my ip which all matched my town in PA, they just keep telling me its a problem with the geolocator company pretty much, and that it will be fixed asap, but this did happen in New Jersey, and it was not fast there, so idk what to expect here, faster because they did it before, or same slow dance? lets pray for the best. airbnb's and hotels in central PA are most likely are best options if we want to grind @Stars.
