They also comped 2 other eChecks that I had requested during the delay period too, all of which totaled an extra 250 dollars in my account. Boy was I suprised when I logged in today. I am totally stunned by the customer support there.

What great customer support. I emailed FullTilt because during the time I had to unlock my deposit bonus the site went dead 3 times. I said what would be fair would be to extend my bonus time by 3 days. I first got an email alerting me to check out their promotions page to see their latest offers. I emailed in again, and second time they said FullTilt does not give away free money. Finally someone competent basically said they understood my problem but i was SOL and that I should sign a friend up.

So IMO, if you are taking customer support , yeah it seems nobody comes close to PS.

Man thats awesome news. I totally agree with all, from a customer service point of view, Stars is 5 stars in comparison to others. I've got a few smaller sites i play on and they don't even come close to what stars offer or how they treat their customers, proves why they are the most dominant.

I hope in the future they stuff up one of my transactions and credit me during a bonus period. 20% compensation with 20% bonus. If only.......

great to see a post where GOOD support actually happens lol... i've only had t use support once, was with bodog and it went very smooth as well..

I got 20% on my delayed withdrawal last week. It was unexpected, and really cool of them to do. I had asked for the withdrawal less than a week before, so, I hadn't even noticed that echeck was delayed.

only had to use ps support once,and was contacted within minuets,sent something to ft a year ago,and still havn't heard back.can honestly say i dont think ive ever haerd anywhere,that ft support was any good.

I have never had a prob with FT, i couldn't register for the NZ free roll and they responded to my emails almost immediately and were extremely helpful, they even would manually register me if i wanted to play before they had fixed the prob
