Pokerstars : now a poker room, tomorrow a casino ??

When i read that news, i feel like pokerstars is no more a poker room but just a casino where it's a question of luck
Ok, it's just for Spain now but may be it will be on the lobby of pokerstars.com in several months...

Looking back in the last 12 month, pokerstars has introduced the all in format in tournament ,more of hyper turbo tournaments, spin and go etc..., for all of those games, your skill is just a little vector for your results, been lucky is much more important.

I feel like poker is no more the same game two years ago and the only software that i really love is going to be like the others.


What do you thinks guys ?

I'm not a fan of the casino platform either. Though for me, when I've ever gone to a casino, it's to play poker, so it doesn't directly impact me, but I guess if you draw in the casino player to play poker, it's going to degrade potentially.

Even online, I've rarely played those types of games anyway (usually if I'm given $5 or $10 free as a promo, will I play the casino games - Carbon shipped me $10 free recently). I'll never make a deposit to play casino games.

Did the say before pokerstars is just exclusively for poker?

pokerstars will not be the same with amaya business strategy,
it is a sad but the fact is ... thats the business

more bad news for poker.
bad moves by pokerstars, giving up what made them successful.
but even without amaya they wanted to cash in on the easy money of casino games.
I answered their survey not to do it, but I knew they would anyway.

Basically this is targeting the dumbest part of the population and draining them of money without giving winning players a crack at the fish. EZPZ.

+1 the fish will have no monies for poker after playing the casino

Does that mean the Pros will have to get proper jobs??
