Yeah, if he was playing a $60 tournament he just goofed and put in .Net instead of .Com.
pokerstars has been having trouble with connections lately, but that can also happen on your end.
Email support@pokerstars.
com with the tournament number, and describe the problem. They should tell you what to do.
This happened to me over a year ago, and told me to send a message to a specific email address, with a specific message title, with the tournament ID and a description of the trouble in the message body.
A day later I got my refund.
