Pokerstars mobile apps problems with ranking

Hi,

for several weeks I`ve been facing the problem in the pokerstars Apps (ios & android)
that while playing a mtt tournament my ranking doesn`t update.

The screenshot shows the problem, as my rank (202) is lower than the number of partipiciants (196).
Besides I can`t find a players list with the different stacks..

Only a logoff and relogin solves the problem, but of course you only can do this in the breaks every hour..

does anyone else have this problem, too?

Yes it is same for me, has been like this ever since they updated the App to this new look. The old app worked great, in this new version you also cannot view the players in the lobby etc to get an idea on stack sizes when near the bubble etc as there is no option to click on 'players' in the lobby.

Perhaps there will be an update on the software soon which will fix the 'bug's' in the tourny lobbies though I very much doubt that this will be of a big concern to the suits at pokerstars tbh.

Thanks for your answer. I just wrote an email to the pokerstars support. Will keep you informed, when I get an answer.. merry christmas!

After the update, this app is a complete disappointment. Slow loading, unable to see other tables, other players and their stacks. The information is also not updated without re-logging in. All this was and remains from the first day, but I thought that it was pointless to write something to the support service, as always nothing will change.

My application is not updated at all, it gives an error.I think the problem is in my phone.

perhaps you need more free data storage? My phone always needs 1 GB to install eg a 300 Megabyte-Update..

mobile pokerstars has been updated, but has become less convenient.
