QFT!!!

I saw one last night at a 5nl table where 2 people with $3 or less folded PF. This was after people at the table told everyone to just shove.

I've been trying also, and yes it is funny to see them fold, even some of the hosts have said to the tables things like "I hope you all understand what this means" after explaining that they are going to be in a milestone hand, then after the hand finishes and the peanut gallery on the rail gets access to the chat again the abuse that they give to those that folded the hand pre flop is funny also.

Some of the players that folded have been saying that they have recieved a payment, could it be because the bonus is based on the FPP's collected during the last 50 hands, or is it like they say, it says in the rules that they have to be dealt into the hand and for them to be able to fold they have been dealt into the hand, or is to be dealt into the hand they must see a flop.

I saw one guy named IceQube fold and apparently he has been on more than 2 milestone hand tables and folded pre flop everytime.......lol

it doesent matter if you fold. i seen all the abuse people give to people who fold. if you fold you still get 50bucks for every vpp you earned in the last 50 hands its only the winner of that milestone hand that gets their prize doubled

Yea and by folding with a stack of 4.50 you have no chance to get your prize doubled. HMMMM I think I'll risk 4.50 with 32 off at a chance to win $150+ rather than save that 4.50 to gurantee $50+.

What I find even more comical than the folding is the person that thinks the game locked up or are tired of waiting and leave before the hand is over.

i saw one guy fold on a 5/10 cent table and he only had 1 dollar....i guess it goes to show alot of people---a: dont pay attention to promos
b: dont understand pot odds

- also saw a micro level 8 players where everyone folded to an all inner

- and lastly last night around 2:30 am a guy was in a two milestone hands back to back..on 5nl i think

I usually don't follow promotions like this because most times I spend more money trying to get it then winning it. Playing the lower levels to get this would be hard if you only get a bonus that is equal to the number of FPO you have earned. Good luck to anyone that is trying for it though.

odds at peak time 20000 to 1 ?

-milestone hands on pokerstars refers to every 1,000,000 hands dealt to ring games .... the big 50 billionth hand winner gets $50000 plus
- you would know if you were one of the lucky ones...they stop the action and explain things

It only matters if you win the hand. You get the same amount of money whether you fold or go all in and lose. You only get bonus money if you win the hand.

Ok let me ask you this, lets say we're playing 2nl or whatever, you have 73o and your left to act and you have 3 shoves in front of you in a milestone hand. You now have to ask yourself the question, do I risk my $2 on a crap hand in the chance I win say +$100 or do I just fold knowing I have just saved my precious $2 knowing I will win 1/2 of the +$100?

If you say 'I fold' then mods please close this thread!

Last night my time I saw a guy sit out just before it was announced that the table was about to be in a milestone hand, he didn't bother to sitback in straight away but started typing asking what the poker host meant, and by that time he wasn't able to sit back in and he missed out.....lol

And lol to those that think it don't matter if they fold.

The overlay for winning is so good, it virtually makes sense to play any 2.

Nowhere did I ever say that I would fold.

You guys just are making it sound like if you fold you get nothing.

I don't think any of us said you get nothing. We probably just assumed that everyone knew of the benefits. Basically at lower stakes you're freerolling to double your money. That to me makes no sense to fold.

There are arguments however, to make a fold at mid-high stakes as the benefits of the milestone bonus are proportionally worse if that makes sense, certainly if your up against someone and your both deep.

A guy just won over 4400 on the milestone hand. Also won over 1,100 at the table from going all in. That's the biggest i've seen so far.
