Just wondering if someone else is having issues logging into PokerStars. I've been logged on my mobile, tried to log in from the PC, got the error that I'm logged in somewhere else, signed out from mobile and since, my password doesn't work anymo'.
Maybe it's a PS issue? They had maintenance today. Curious if someone else (from my region?) has issues.
Update: Lol, my password works on mobile, but not on PC. What the.. Any advice?
Just want to give an update. I contacted PS about this, they asked me for more information about my account details, (3 out of 9 I think). I gave them 9 out of 9 correct answers.
Today I joined a cash tournament and while playing (pretty damn good) I got a notification that my account was frozen. I was sat out in the tourney with no possibility of playing.. so I lost it.
I got an e-mail from PS and they actually asked me to do a selfie with my driver's license in hand to confirm my identity.
This is so, so stupid.. and I'm frustrated. I sent them the selfie of course, but I expect at least a full refund of my tournament buy-in, since I have no part in their 'technical issues' which didn't let me login from the PC client, only from the mobile.

Contact the support team and explain to them the specific situation, so that they explain completely to you the whole problem and what you need to do to restore the account, my friend recovered the account after confirming the documents within 24 hours and you try!

re: Poker & PokerStars login issues?
PS support is pretty good, but since it is 100% e-mail based it will never be good enough to resolve complex issues. Phone support would be much better.

Thanks Matt & Vov. Got the issue fixed. They said that for some reason (didn't mention it) the IP was blocked and that's why I could log in from my mobile only. They unfroze my account and they also refunded me the buy-in from the sit and go in which I was in when they froze my account. I had to send them a selfie with me and my drivers license though, which I felt pretty stupid making.. but all's good now.
