7 starcoins is so small "economy" it does not even reach a level it can be fit in any kind of plan what to do. U can throw those in any random action you can take, the results will be as good as you can get in any way.

I guess you could play tournament for Bronze star for 7 coins. Maybe better than Jackpot

It is well worth playing when the jackpot is above 150k. I've already taken my share twice. You have to know how to wait, have patience and when you feel the prize will come you play. The 0.7 cent profit on the investment is very good if you win. Follow your instinct.
