Pokerstars Home Games on mobile

I have read in older Cardchat threads that its possible to play pokerstars home games on your mobile, but you just have to register first in the club from a laptop.

So, I tried to play the tourney at first from my laptop and then log out and log in to my phone in hopes that it will resume on my phone. But it didnt. Have I done something wrong or its not possible at all?
